8 BALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Users will have the option to ask the 8 Ball (Ted’s Got The Answer) a question between 17 December 2012 and 23 January 2013. Everyone who asks the 8 Ball a question and enters their contact details will have the chance to win a prize. One winner will be chosen at random each day from all entries in the prize draw that day (each a "Prize Draw" and together the “Prize Draws”).There will be 38 winners in total drawn from the following platforms; Facebook (www.facebook.com/tedbaker), Twitter (www.twitter.com/ted_baker), and on the Ted Baker website (www.tedbaker.com).

These Prize Draws are promoted by No Ordinary Designer Label Limited trading as Ted Baker (the “Promoter”).

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. A PAYMENT OR PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 These Prize Draws are open to all persons aged eighteen (18) years or older, as of the date of entry, who have an active email account and internet access. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, affiliated companies, agents and anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draws are excluded from entry. Winners must reside in the UK. 1.2 Participation in the Prize Draws constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

2. ENTRY

2.1 No purchase is necessary. No entry fee is payable. A payment or purchase on the Ted Baker website will not increase the chance of winning.

2.2 The opening date for receipt of entries is 17 December and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23 January (the “Prize Draw Period”). There will be one winner each day throughout the period.

2.3 Winners will randomly be selected each day from the entries made that day. Winners will be notified via email and asked to submit further details in order to claim the prize. The entry will be deemed submitted by the authorised holder of the email account specified in the entry.

2.4 Each user will be eligible for that day’s prize.

2.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete entries. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries lost, damaged or delayed.

3. PRIZES

3.1 Each day throughout the Prize Draw Period there will be a Prize Draw on Facebook (www.facebook.com/tedbaker), Twitter (www.twitter.com/ted_baker), and on the Ted Baker website (www.tedbaker.com) through which entrants have the chance to win one of the following:

• FLIPPY - Grey iPhone Case
• 2013 Ted Baker diary

3.2 The Promoter makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the quality or condition of the prizes.

3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of at least equal monetary value at its sole discretion.

3.4 Prizes will be delivered approximately 6-8 weeks after the end of the Prize Draw Period.

4. WINNERS

4.1 The winners of the Prize Draws will be selected at random from the eligible users and must reside in the UK.

4.2 Winners will randomly be selected each day and notified to submit details in order to claim the prize.

4.3 The Winners should claim their prize within 5 business days. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim, the prize may no longer be available.

4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to publish winner names and photographs on the Ted Baker Website and in regional or international press and to publish photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes.

4.5 Except where prohibited by law, by winning any prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, including without limitation inclusion in newsletters, the Website and other media without additional compensation.

4.6 The name and county of winners will be available after the end of the Prize Draw Period to those sending a SAE to Ecommerce Department, Ted Baker Ltd., 6a St Pancras Way, London, NW1 0TB.

5. PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1 By taking part in the Prize Draws, all entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purpose of the Prize Draws.

5.2 Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, a copy of which can be found at http://www.tedbaker.com/about_us/our_policies/privacy_policy/content.aspx. Entrants will be given an opportunity to opt-in to receive future emails from the Promoter.

6. GENERAL

6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Prize Draws in whole or in part, in its sole discretion, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Prize Draws or the Promoter is compromised, without liability to the entrants.

6.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdictions of the English Courts shall apply.

2.3 Prizes are limited to one per person, household and/or email address during the Prize Draw Period.
